Hi, I’m Kelly.
I like to make websites.
I’m a 30(ish) year old freelancer currently in Niagara-on-the-Lake with my dog Charlie. I make websites that are intuitive, engaging and effective.
My other skills include professional pretending, eating poutine at a breakneck speed, and hiding the fact that I used to be in a boy band.
I’ll future-proof your site with responsive design. If you’re on a computer, try shrinking this page to see how the site would look on a smaller screen, like an iPhone.
I proudly operate on (mt) Media Temple. Let me host your site and use the same servers that Sony, CBS, Adobe and NBC Universal trust to host theirs.
Maintaining a website is easier than you’d think. Don’t worry, I’ll take the mystery out of it. Pretty soon, you’ll wonder what all the fuss is about.
At over 30 years old, the Thousand Islands Playhouse is one of the top five summer festivals in Ontario. My focus was creating a straightforward way to convey performance details, ticket sales and other vital information, while still enabling visitors to access the plethora of rich content the company had to offer. Graphic designer Kinnon Elliott brought a touch of cottage warmth to my modern layout.
With a phased opening in Summer 2013 and a full opening in 2014, the Aquatarium is a waterfront interactive learning and discovery centre located on the St. Lawrence River. Collaborating with the good people at McLellan Group, we developed a site that is easy to navigate and engaging. Mascot “Simon the Otter” appears throughout the site with trivia facts and event updates.
Visual artist Mark Uhre commissioned a minimal site that would match the tone of his work. It was important that he could add new pieces to his site without hassle. Creating this site, I was inspired by his Shel Silverstein-like line drawings.
